TWO PEOPLE
This is important! For accurate results, two people are needed. To acquire measurements for yourself, you'll need to ask someone to do the measuring for you. Follow the instructions on the videos carefully. The accuracy of your measurements will ensure a properly fitted ensemble.

A MEASURING TAPE
The measuring steps require you to use a quality tailor's measuring tape. If you need one, contact Tahoe Tuxedo at 775-783-1948, and we'll send one out free of charge.

Do not try to take measurements yourself! An inaccurate measurement that may be off by only an inch may get you a tuxedo coat that's one or two sizes too big or small. For the best fit, it is imperative that an experienced professional take your measurements. Please look at your three (3) choices of how you can be measured. Choice one (1) is at Tahoe Tuxedo, AI-3D measurement ( must register) , or go to another JFW dealer near you.

Rental Agreement

Customer, by signing, (PDF form will be emailed to you.) assumes responsibilty for returning this tuxedo/suit and all rental accessories in good condition by the specific return date and time. A daily late return charge of $50.00 per day will be due upon return of any late returning merchandise. Furthermore, customer is responsible for up to 50% Cancellation charge if the tuxedo/ suit order is cancelled afer it has shipped. ( week of the event). NO credit will be issued during Prom Season. (March, April and May). Customer further agrees to pay for any resulting damages or lost merchandise while in customer possession.

Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) Fee

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver Fee will be added to all order with a coat and order that consist of three or more tuxedo components ( e.g. pant, shirt, tie). The ADW relieves the store and the end consumer from addtional charges damages can be repaired through NORMAL dry cleaning or minor tailoring. Unauthorized alterations made to any product will resut in a addtional charge to return to products to it's orginal size and condition. Should a gament be unrepairable, lost or stolen, the replacement cost for the garment will be charged.

NOTE: Tahoe Tuxedo cannot be held responsible for measurements not performed in our studio. Tahoe Tuxedo will do everything possible to make any necessary corrections. However, special freight charges may apply.
